Long ago, when I was in high school my mom told me to think of the lyrics to “I hope you dance” lyrics by Dee Ann Womack every time I lost sight of what is important. This made me thank of that. Thank you mom for helping me dance.

As parents, time gets away from us. There is always things that need to be done that can give us an excuse not to work out. Remember an hour a day isn’t too long to dedicate to yourself to take care of your body. It’s better to plan your week and decide what days your going to exercise and what time before the week begins. Then, the idea of exercising becomes more of a thing you “need to do” and doesn’t get put on the back burner.
